Pickstock Grows to Meet Rising Demand for Premium British Beef

Pickstock is expanding its production to meet the growing demand for premium British beef, supplying more customers at home and overseas.

At Pickstock, growth isn’t just about numbers, it’s about doing more of what we do best: delivering high quality British Beef.

From September 2025, our production output has increased considerably as we serve even more high-quality customers in the UK and overseas. We’re proud to be supplying a growing mix of premium retail, foodservice and export customers, while continuing to strengthen our long-standing partnerships built over decades.

This expansion means we’ll be sourcing more cattle than ever before from our trusted community of over 5,000 British farmers. It’s a direct investment back into UK agriculture: supporting rural economies, promoting high welfare standards and ensuring every cut we produce is 100% British, fully traceable and farm assured.

We’re also growing our team to match our ambitions. Across our modern Telford facility, we’re recruiting for a variety of factory roles, offering the opportunity to join a fast-paced, supportive environment where quality and integrity come first. Every role matters, from skilled butchers to production operatives, because what we do here feeds the nation and supports thousands of farming families.

As we grow, our promise stays the same: no shortcuts, no compromises just the very best of British beef.

Pickstock is committed to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships, wherever we operate, and to implementing and enforcing effective systems to counter bribery. We have a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption. All employees, suppliers, and partners are expected to act honestly and responsibly, ensuring that every decision we make is based on merit, fairness and respect for the law.

As part of our commitment, we also support the principles of the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) Base Code, which sets globally recognised standards for labour practices. This includes ensuring safe working conditions, fair pay, respect for workers’ rights and equal opportunities for all.
