Our team was proud to represent Pickstock, and British beef, at Anuga 2025, one of the world’s largest and most influential food trade exhibitions

Over four busy days in Cologne, we met with customers and industry partners from the UK, Europe and further afield, discussing opportunities across retail, foodservice and export markets. It was fantastic to see the level of interest in high-quality British beef and to hear such positive feedback about the eating quality, sustainability and consistency of our products.

We were especially proud to showcase our award-winning ranges following Pickstock’s success at the World Steak Challenge, where our Wagyu Gold Ribeye, Angus Gold Sirloin and Welsh Country Ribeye received two Golds and a Silver. The feedback from international buyers reinforced what we already know: British beef, produced to high welfare and sustainability standards, has global appeal.

A huge thank you to AHDB for hosting us on the British stand and for the excellent British Meat Dinner, which brought together producers and buyers from around the world.

Most importantly, thank you to the customers old and new who took the time to meet with us. We look forward to continuing these conversations and exploring new opportunities for British beef in 2025.
