This month, the Pickstock team travelled to the World Steak Challenge awards evening to celebrate what has been an incredible year for our premium beef ranges.

We were hugely proud to take home two Gold medals and one Silver, recognising the outstanding eating quality, tenderness and consistency of three of our flagship products:

The World Steak Challenge is one of the most competitive and respected benchmarking events in the global beef sector. With entries from leading processors and producers around the world, these results are a powerful endorsement of the quality of British beef and the dedication of everyone across our supply chain. From the farmers we work with, to our teams at Brongain Farm, procurement and operations.

Attending the awards was a fantastic opportunity to meet with other industry leaders, discuss innovation in beef production and represent our brands on an international stage. The feedback we received from judges, chefs and global buyers reinforced what we see every day: that high-welfare, sustainably produced British beef continues to stand out.

These awards also speak directly to the work happening behind the scenes: improving genetics, strengthening consistency, investing in animal health innovation and supporting our farming partners to produce the very best cattle.

A huge thank you to everyone involved, and to our customers who continue to champion our premium beef ranges. We look forward to building on this success throughout 2026 and beyond.
