Celebrating a Year of Connecting With Farmers Across the UK

As the year ends, Pickstock looks back on a busy season of UK agricultural shows and winter fairs, meeting farmers old and new. These events offered valuable opportunities to listen, share updates on our Integrated Beef Scheme and reinforce the fair, transparent relationships that underpin our work with British agriculture.

As the year draws to a close, we’re reflecting on another fantastic season of agricultural shows and the opportunity they give us to meet the farmers who are at the heart of everything we do.

From the early summer gatherings right through to the winter fairs, our team has travelled the length and breadth of the UK, speaking with farmers that are new to Pickstock as well as long-standing suppliers.  Each event has given us the chance to listen, learn and share more about how Pickstock is supporting British agriculture through fair, transparent procurement and our growing Integrated Beef Scheme.

This year we were delighted to attend:

Across all these events we heard one consistent message from farmers, that they value our fair pricing, dependable relationships and transparency.  We’re proud that farmers continue to see Pickstock as a trusted partner, whether supplying prime cattle, cull cows, or calves into our Integrated Beef Scheme.

Thank you to every farmer who stopped to speak with us, share insights or explore future partnerships.

We look forward to continuing these conversations into 2026 and to working together to support thriving, productive and sustainable British farms.

Business Ethics and Anti-Bribery

At Pickstock, we are committed to conducting business with integrity, fairness and transparency at every level of our operations. We believe in doing things properly. This means not only producing high-quality British beef, but also upholding the highest standards of business ethics.

Pickstock is committed to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships, wherever we operate, and to implementing and enforcing effective systems to counter bribery. We have a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption. All employees, suppliers, and partners are expected to act honestly and responsibly, ensuring that every decision we make is based on merit, fairness and respect for the law.

As part of our commitment, we also support the principles of the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) Base Code, which sets globally recognised standards for labour practices. This includes ensuring safe working conditions, fair pay, respect for workers’ rights and equal opportunities for all.
